Capping off the Regency-era London Underground trilogy, Leigh matches roguish yet chivalrous Thomas O’Connell, the new Duke of Northfield, with ambitious, spirited Lucia Marini, the new manager of the forbidden Orchid Club, in a sexy, scandalous tale.
